It includes: Tree trimming, trimming of bushes and shrubs of your selection, and full yard blowout of pre-existing leaves bundled into one convenient service.

While bush and shrub trimming may be included as part of our tree service packages, CURB APPEAL NEIL does not provide routine landscaping, lawn maintenance, or weed control.

We selectively thin trees using proper professional arboricultural techniques to improve airflow, balance, light penetration, and overall canopy structure. Especially needed service in preparation for annual Monsoon season.

When conditions and access are within our scope of service, we remove dead, damaged, or intrusive limbs that may pose a risk to people or property if they break and fall. Removing problem limbs can also improve the tree’s overall appearance and contribute to healthier growth.

Overgrown or improperly maintained trees can sometimes lead to HOA notices or fines. We frequently help homeowners address tree-related violations and curb appeal or delivery vehicle clearance concerns HOA's monitor.

We provide photo and video documentation of completed work, along with the scope of work (included in your quote). This documentation can be submitted to your HOA to verify that the work was completed as specified, helping resolve the issue and expedite the approval or resolution process.
